When you request a viewing, delivery or pickup, the website builds a message with the couches you picked, your preferred time and the details you enter (for delivery: your address and access information). If you tap Send request, that message is sent through our form provider (Netlify) and emailed to us; Netlify keeps a copy of the submission for our records. If you choose to text or email it instead, it only reaches us when you press send in your own app, under that app's privacy terms.
The site remembers the couches you recently looked at in your browser for this visit only, so you can add them to one viewing. If you download a calendar entry for your requested time, it is created on your device and does not update automatically. No advertising pixel is used.
We use the details you send us only to reply, arrange your visit and discuss pickup or delivery. They are never displayed publicly or used to sign you up for marketing.
